Welcome to the Skill Builders Series. Each class will focus on 2 quilting skills. In this class you will learn to work with half square triangles and bias edges. If needed, you will also learn accurate cutting and accurate ¼ inch seams. Teacher will provide the pattern. Please note that you might not finish the quilt top, but you will have constructed enough blocks to finish on your own.

• Cushion for chair
• 6 fat quarters for blocks
• 1 yard of background fabric
• ½ yard of coordinating fabric for binding
• Ruler, 6 inches by 24 inches
• Ruler, 10 inch square or larger square
• Rotary cutter with a new blade
• Neutral color thread for piecing
• Universal needle size 90/14
• Pins
• Wonder clips to keep cut pieces together
• Any other notions you need for sewing
